How to join

You can become a member by going through the [JOIN] menu, agreeing to the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, and filling out the registration items in a certain form. 
You can use the service for free immediately after signing up. 
You do not need to enter all the information you need to enter when ordering. 
You can always participate in group purchases and auction events. 
You can participate in events and various discount events for members.

How to order

Product ordering takes place in the following steps:

- Step2: Add to cart 
- Step3: Log in with member ID
- Step4: Fill out the order form 
- Step5: Select payment method and pay 
- Step6: Order success screen (order number)

Payment

For large payments, your card company may call you to confirm for security reasons. 
During the verification process, if it is determined that the order is not a normal order, 
such as the use of a stolen card or an order under someone else's name, the order may be put on hold or canceled at our discretion.

When exchanges and returns are possible

 Cases where exchange and return are not possible

※ If you change your mind and exchange or return the product, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the product. (Including color exchange, size exchange, etc.)

Refunds

When requesting a refund, we will refund the amount paid within 3 business days after confirming the return. 
If you paid with a credit card, we will cancel the credit card authorization to prevent you from being charged. 
(However, if the payment can be billed according to the credit card payment date, in this case, a refund will be processed by the card company when the credit card payment is charged in the following month.)

Period of use
 Points accrued from orders will be converted into actually usable points 20 days after the delivery completion check point. 
For 20 days, it is classified as unused points. Unused points are points for orders that have not been actually purchased in preparation for returns, purchase cancellations, etc. 
Available points (total points - used points - unused points) can be used immediately when purchasing a product.
 
 Terms of use
 When using points, the minimum purchaseable points (purchasable points required) is 1,000 won. 
When using points, the maximum purchaseable points (maximum amount of points that can be used once) is 'no limit'.
 
 extinction condition
 When an order is canceled/refunded, points accumulated from product purchases will be canceled together. 
When you withdraw from membership, your points will automatically be forfeited. 
Even if no additional points are accumulated for 3 years from the date of final accumulation of points, the points will be forfeited.
